Mentoring Plans focus on personalized education, skill development, and artistic growth.
Consulting Plans are geared towards the conceptualization and realization of creative and research-driven projects.
Flexible Structure & Booking
The scope and duration of the mentoring or consulting plan are defined collaboratively in an initial conversation to establish goals and expectations.
Sessions are highly flexible, starting at a minimum of one hour via video call or two hours in-person at a rate of 85€ per hour (within the Berliner Ring or at Hyperlinear Studio in Berlin Wedding).
For all other inquiries, we offer custom solutions based on individual needs.

Benjamin Flesser is a Berlin-based composer, performer of live electronic music, sound designer, and instrument builder. Specializing in analog and hybrid modular synthesizers, and custom or manipulated electronics, he has designed and refined several hundred systems for studio, performance, and environment-sensing installations. His solo and collaborative performance and installation works have been featured in festivals, galleries, and concert venues such as Berlin Atonal, Blurred Edges Hamburg, Silent Green Berlin, Arkaoda Berlin, Contemporary Divan Ficarra, and on record labels like Cloudchamber Recordings. His artistic and research endeavors have received funding from Musikfonds and Pro Helvetia, among others. Since 2021, Benjamin has been teaching and mentoring bachelor's and master's students, while he has been working with private clients with professional backgrounds in sound art and electronic music since 2019. In 2016, he founded Hyperlinear as a concert edition, with recurring collaborations with NK Project. Benjamin offers mentoring, consulting, and development in the following fields:
